Score Guarantee

Complete these steps to initiate your EMPOWERgmat Guarantee. Valid for new enrollments through March 31st, 2024. Must submit initial score report by June 30th, 2024.

1) Email Score Report

Email us a copy of your Official Score Report from a GMAC testing facility when you sign up.

2) Complete The Course

Complete all of the EMPOWERgmat modules for the study plan you followed, and complete AT LEAST TWO CAT Analyses.

3) Claim

If your score doesn't improve from the original Official Score Report according to the scale above, email us a copy of your NEW Official Score Report from a GMAC testing facility and get a full month's refund of the amount you paid for your first month. Note that official GMATPrep® exam licenses are issued by GMAC and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Guarantee

According to the GMAT's new score cancellation policies, you can cancel your score without leaving a record on your score report.

If you take EMPOWERgmat, complete all of the lessons, and decide to cancel your official GMAT® score, send us a screen capture from within your mba.com account that shows your official test cancellation, and we'll give you a complimentary month of prep.

Proof of cancellation may be submitted within the first month after course deactivation.
